2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
@ Party Town / Florence KY --- "...And when you’re sure the occasion deserves it, serve Flying Horse Royal Lager Beer." Nice hype, but the beer doesn’t earn it. Clear medium amber with a nice white head that lasts 30 seconds or less, then shrinks to the rim; no lace. Taste is similar to the other India beers I’ve had: some sweet malt, maybe an adjunct, then a flat move to a carbonated finish. Of course, it is drinkable. It just isn’t interesting.

Pour from a 22oz bottle. Pale yellow brew with white head that quickly fades. Aroma of biscuit and metal. Taste is weakly sweet malt at the start with a little sour funk and then a dry ending - just water at the end.
