At the tap takeover, Gambrinus Bistro. This was a pretty hefty stout. I had two samples of it and had no idea it was 12.5%, as youd never guess because it was so smooth with little heat. Deep oily pour with a nice cap of mocha froth which was quite sticky. Roasty nose had vanilla, char, black coffee. Just off dry with high bitterness. High drinkability and deceptively smooth. Well crafted.
