[3785-20110625] Cask. Super chocolate wooden paste aroma. Dark brown black body with no lasting head. More boozy chocolate syrup malt in the flavour with a hint of band-aid afterward. Full body. Tasty chocolate notes! (7/3/8/4/14) 3.6

2011-06-25. Very dark brown-black body with no head. 3+ Huge aroma of sweet cocoa and chocolate. Flavour is similar, cocoa, very sweet chocolate notes, notes of hot chocolate (but good hot chocolate, not the cheap stuff), sweet malt and a not quite chocolate syrup like character. Smooth medium to full bodied palate is nearly uncarbonated. Lots of nice flavours but this is pretty intense. A bit too sweet for more than a liqueur sized glass of it, a larger sample was kind of hard to finish towards the end. Some increased carbonation might help cut the sweetness a bit? Interesting!
