If I had 2 million Ecuadorian Cocoa Nibs... I would brew you an Imperial Chocolate Stout. Brewing with BNL demanded a rare treat -organic Ecuadorian Cocoa nibs -to create a rich, friendly Imperial Chocolate Stout as sweet and quirky as the bandís music. We lovingly aged this beer on a bed of luscious raw cocoa nibs creating a black velvety brew so fudge-y it makes you want to lick the inside of your glass. Opaque as chocolate cake, this roasty brew pours topped with a whipped mocha froth. The creamy dark cocoa flavours gently warm with a steady 10%ABV. No bitterness to this stout, just a chocolate boldness that, like a happy memory or a perfect song, keeps on giving. And like great music, this bottle is meant to be shared with special friends and family.

[4878-20121027] Cask. Super rich chocolate syrup aroma. Black brown body with a quick bubbly head. Liquid chocolate syrup flavour is super rich and heavy with an underlying booze. Full body. Deliciously rich, would be awesome paired with ice cream. (9/4-/8/4/17) 4.2

This imp stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tmed brown head with little lacing. Scents include chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. Plus metal, Nestle Quick powder and bran. First sip was thick and rich and syrupy with very strong chocolate flavours, light brandy and leather. Finish is syrupy with chocolate flavours lingering forever...

Pitch black pour with 3 fingers of mocha head. Rich chocolate aroma that fills the room literally - i would have said chocolate liquor if i didnít know this was a beer. Chocolate taste obviously - and i mean a rich quality belgian or swiss chocolate. Nice roasted malt in the back. Thick body and mouthfeel. A dessert beer if there ever was one! The 10% sneaks up on you so share this with friends.

As Mark Henry Sexual Chocolate at Cask Days 2012. A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, concentrated Nestle Quick chocolate with cherries, beautiful. In mouth, a thick oily sweet chocolate malt with mocha, alcohol warmth, cherries, delicious offering. Cask at Cask Days 2012.

Jet Black pour. Big frothy dark brown head. The cocoa aroma is unbelievable. Itís like inhaling nestle cocoa powder. Just milk chocolate and mars bars. Wow! Viscous mouth feel and soft carb. The alcohol is a little hot and makes and appearance. The finish is low on the bitterness with some light roast, coffee, and and soy. But again, the cocoa goes bonkers and takes over again. This is a wild beer. I like it but also donít like it cause there is no way I can finish the bottle.

The beer pours a solid black colour with a generous brown head and a beautiful cascading action. Aroma is dark chocolate, coffee, and some vanilla hints. Mouthfeel is full-bodied and well carbonated. Flavour is rich chocolate, black cherry, and hints of vanilla and alcohol. A very rich and heavy beer. Definitely an all-night sipper. Marked down for overall because $13.95 is too much for 750ml. 750ml of Witches Brew and 750ml of LTM Oktoberfest cost $13.15 combined on the same trip!

Best chocolate aroma on a beer ever. Taste and lingering mouth feel still not there I expect it will age well enough in 2 years to be amazing, canít say itís there yet though, still hot and medicinal in the finish. Cool beer though, could have been a gimmick but it works.

Bottle from LCBO. Pours black with a nice brown head. Aroma has insane amounts of chocolate, some caramel, and alcohol. Love it. The taste is chocolatey and roasty. Smooth, easy-drinking. This was a great chocolate stout.

Thats a good stout. Very strong chocolate aroma from the initial pour. Taste leaves lingering chocolate flavour and slight bitterness. Very different stout.
