Sampled at Toronto Festival of Beers August 5, 2010. Hazy gold with a smallish off-white creamy head. Pretty much no aroma - maybe apple cores (oxidized) and vague light grain. Taste - a bit cidery, with a bit more apple character than the aroma, a little tartness, a touch of cheap white wine; moderate alcohol. Light body and acidity, decent carbonation, leaves a disappointing cheap cider coating on the tongue. Meh - weakest offering in a pretty solid fruit experiment series by FM.
