[3740-20110515] Cask. Grassy petrol lemon pip hops aroma. Slightly hazy, orange brown body with a quick bubbly head. Bitter lemon-soaked grains flavour has a long zesty aftertaste. Medium body. Tasty citrus zest, quite drinkable but would like to see more carbonation. (7/3/8/3/15) 3.6

Cask at Volo, "3rd Annual Ontario Cask IPA Challenge". Pours a deep amber with a small diminishing off-white head. Very nice aroma, lots of lovely hops, juicy and resiny -- smells great. Flavour of green leafy hops, piney hops, citrus fruit and some alcohol. Average to medium bodied. Well done, I quite liked it.

3rd annual Ontario Cask IPA Challenge tasted blind. Deep amber pour. The aroma is quite fresh and chewy. Lots of pine and fresh citrus along with some soft pale malt. Straightforward, but well-made.

2011-05-14. Hazy dark orange amber body with a tiny beige head. 3+ Flavour is pleasant, muddled citrus, dry green leafy hops, very lightly herbaceous. 7+ Aroma is similar, interesting hops - citra? - citrus, green, leafy notes. 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate. 3+ Pretty nice. Tasted Blind, Volo Cask IPA Challenge
