330ml bottle. Pours with a rich dense head. Enjoyed on a blazing hot day at a campground. Served Ice cold. Gotta say, this beer definitely hit the spot. Aromas of citrus and orange with floral overtones. Tasted "almost" like an IPA. Not as bitter. I'd say sharp enough to slake a thirst, but not enough to make you pucker. Decent balance. Does what it set out to do. Nice!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
July 28 2012. Bottle pours dark clear amber with an inch foamy head that settles to ring and leaves slight lacing. Aroma of citrus and grassy pine hops. Slight grapefruit and floral hints in aroma. Taste has all of these elements in a subtle blend that balances well and doesn't struggle with each other for dominance. It is definitely a hopsy brew but only "almost". That is, the flavours are good but lacking in intensity. There is no bite or kick I expected from this brewery. Still, nice easy drinking, with smooth palate and crisp finish without the bitter aftertaste associated with others in the family. A good beginners beer to their other full-bodied brews.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light golden colour and good head. Hoppy citrus aroma. You taste the hops right away but it doesn’t necessarily take over. Theres a nice citrus and malty flavour, but the hops is the star of the show. Good if you want something with a bit of a hoppy kick but not too much. Nice balance of flavours. Enjoy!

Pours a nice amber colour with a thin white head. the aroma is light grapefruit and spice from the hops. light caramel sweetness and a medium bitterness not to hoppy so would make for a good starting point for someone new to IPA’s

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A rich carmel color similar to pale ales but a bit more cloudy. The notes of the hops jump forth from the glass and immediately hit the whole tongue. The bitter units are rich but well blended into the overall flavor of the beer. If you like an IPA with a bit more, then try this.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: AUG 2, 2013 355 ml bottle. Pours a very deep amber/brown -- beer bottle-coulour -- with thin, foamy white head. Aroma of roasted Corn Flakes with resiny (weedlike) hops. Flavour is very bitter. Medium-bodied with a flat mid-palate blank spot that gives it a soda water quality. Abrupt finish; the bitter hopiness disappears quickly after each sip. More flash than substance.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
355ml brown bottle. Pours out orange, clear. Fat off-white head with a rocky top. Good lace rings. Nose has fruity orange, a bit zesty. Taste has nice grapefruity and orange peel like hops up front, sweet malt middle with light caramel. Finishes with light graepfruity bitterness, thins out a bit at the end. Light to medium body, big carbonation. Decent session ale.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Poured out a wonderful deep amber color with a large and compact light tan head and filthified my glass. I didn’t really expect this much English malts. Creamy. After a bit of a sit the light hops have mostly faded into memory.... orange..... orange........ I made a mistake letting this open up. The taste is pretty good and would be a pretty safe option for an intro into the craft beer scene. Orange, light peppery spice and a watery bitterness, caramel and biscuit, mellow mellow mellow. Smooth feel with mild bubbs. I heard that this is exactly what little blue penguin teeth taste like from a friend of a friend of a friend. As boring as listening to you tell me anything.
