3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap. Copper with medium sized head that subsides to ring. Medium carbonation. Aroma is excellent, fruity with grapefruit tang. Malt body seems a little light for style. Bitterness is full-on, making the taste a little one-dimensional, although I have to give Flying Monkeys credit for not holding back. Would have it again for sure.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled on tap at brewery, pours a golden colour, smelt really good, taste was a nice strong bitterness and it went down well, One of the best hoppy beers from canada I have tried, recommend some of this. really hoping this will hit LCís soon, heard the labels may have been approved now.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tried this on tap at Cíest What. Thank you server person for recommending it! Very nice gold amber with good lacing. Aroma is piney resin with citrus blend. I smelled the beer five times before I even took a sip. Smells like hoppy heaven. Taste is medium-heavy bitter. Mouthfeel is nice and sharp. Good aftertaste. Glad it was my last beer of the night. Overall, spectacular!

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I tried this beer on March 18, 2011 at "Smookeless Joeís" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent copper colour with a thick foamy tan head. The aroma was sweet caramel malt and a huge citrusy hop whallop. The muothfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was grapefruity hops nicely balanced with a nice malty hint. Great beer!

On tap at cíest what, in Toronto. i must say this brew is amazing. pours almost red/orange in colour, hoppy brew has aroma of citrus and pineapple and is a alot of candied tropical fruit goodness. on the palate more of the same. iím super happy to have tried this one and will be ordering many more.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. Clear golden brown with small head. Aroma is fantastic with a lot of citra coming through.Taste is really bitter all the way through but not much else to back it up. Really delicious but I would have liked this to be more balanced with stronger malt presence and more flavouring hops coming though. All around good beer though.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cask @ Rhino. Deep orange-amber pour with a creamy white head. The aroma is great. Bright citrusy aroma. Orange peel, light cherry and a kiss of light pine on the back as well. Very soft but muted bitterness on the finish. Malts have a touch of sweetness but it avoids the iced tea flavour that is sometimes there. Damn nice pint.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Delicious, delicious, delicious. Looks fine - deep golden with a thinish head. Aromas are a wonderful, bright, and fresh mix of grapefruit/other citrus/tropical fruit. Bitter, but not aggressively so. Great malt backbone to hold it together. Very, very good.

3.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
loses points for a lacking aroma but maybe thats because it was in a pint glass. lovely hop flavour with citrus and pine thoughout, the bitter finish was perfect for an IPA. i love how i can still taste the bitterness an hour after ive had my last sip. this is a real gem for a Canadian beer. great job, i cant wait for these to hit the LCBO!
