Sampled at Toronto Festival of Beers August 5, 2010. Murky orange-amber with a smallish off-white frothy mottled head. Smells really bitter and tart - pungent grassy bitterness and almost overwhelming tart fruit (guava? okay). My notes just repeat "holy shit, is there a lot of green fruit in that!! Holy ..." you get the idea - tart, bitter, back-palate pungency. Incredibly acidic, average body, mild carbonation, and a long, long dry tart/bitter finish. Not for the faint of heart, but pretty eye-opening after 4+ hours of festival. 15/20 "for weirdness."
