COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Our Flying Whale IPA is the second beer in our single hop IPA series and features the Simcoe hop, giving the beer a unique hop flavor and nose. This brew has a strong biscuit malt base and a medium body to compliment the strong hop taste. The Whale was continuously hopped and dry hopped (clearly this beer is all about hops!) to bring out extra flavor in the beer and give it a crisp, clean finish.
