I enjoyed a large bottle of this beer in a restaurant in Colonia, Uruguay. The beer was not bad, and I was happy to have a different style. It had a dark brown color with a good-sized, creamy tan head that had decent cling and retention. The aroma had some caramel malt, a bit of grainy hops too. Its flavor was somewhat sweet and malty, with a bit of bitterness; a slight roasty effect too. It was a bit watery, and not to thick, with lower carbonation and a lighter mouthfeel.

Bottled 960ml. Dark brown color with a nice beige head, keep a thin lace until the end. Aroma is weak, some malt with caramel notes only. Flavor is completely different. Some roasted malt and coffee, notes of caramel as well. A quite watery, but very drinkable. Mouthfeel left a smooth bitterness that surprise me with so weak aroma and watery flavor.

Botella.
