COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Its predominantly hoppy character and lighter body give it a subtle hop spiciness.

This was a pretty nice beer. It poured a nice amber color with a thin white head . It was nicely balanced and easy to drink. It wasn’t spectacular but I would drink this again

Looks great, nice American pale. Enough hoopy character to qualify as a pale, but not overpowering. Pleasant ale to sip during a game or with some salty food. Very simple malt chanracter provdes a slight roasted quality.

I liked this one. I had it on tap at a Nats game in DC. The downfall was probably the price, but the taste was much better than the other beers that sell there for $6 a glass. This one has some nice hoppy character. A beautiful amber colour and a white foamy head that sticks around. It hit the spot with my ballpark grub and had me smiling with its subtle malt, and nice spicy bite. It isn’t overpowering, or more than I have come to expect from a good APA, but it was a good beer on tap.

Pours a somber red color, with a paper thin head, a few errant bubbles filter through the drink but otherwise looks pretty good. Aroma is somewhat hoppy, although extremely weak. Flavor is quite mild, nothing spectacular, though modest.

Bright amber color. Good head on draft. Good balance, so I wouldn’t necessarily call it a pale ale. Very enjoyable common local beer.

Draft. Amber with a volatile white head. Lots of hops on the nose, but little complements. Flavors are hoppy, woodsy, and somewhat dry. Kind of a short beer, the aftertaste comes soon and carries with it a sourness that is rife with cardboard and steel. Not a great beer, but a good local.

Light amber/yellow body with a medium white head. Medium hoppy aroma showing mostly floral hop notes with a little citurs and sweet light malts. Light bodied. Taste is mild hops (flowers, grass, citrus), and a clean sweet malt flavor. This tastes like a mild pale ale - not so hoppy as our american pale ales, but not having the qualities that british malts bring either. Very drinkable.

This was enjoyed while watching March Madness at The Madison Hotel in DC. This is a very drinkale Ale. It claims to be an English style Pale Ale. I would consider this a lightweight pale ale. It has some hopiness but it doesn’t dominate like most pale ales. The color was amber and clear. Modest head. This is my second Foggy Bottom product and I have enjoyed both.
