Transparent light golden with a small white cap. Apples and alcohol aroma. Tangy apples, moderate tartness, a bit of vinegar. Best in small quantities.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle... Pours crystal clear and nearly colorless with no head or legs. The aroma shares a light measure of alcohol and apple with a trace of peach. The nose is restrained overall. Light to medium-bodied with buzzing carbonation. The flavor is of sour apples and fallen apples. Great acidity and dryness in both the flavor and finish. A pleasant surprise here. Bottle courtesy of darkguardian!

11/8/13. 750mL bottle shared by a kind soul during the Westbrook event at Sweet Grass. Lightly tart apple aroma, some fruitiness and acidity, dry. Nice flavor, dry, a bit of tartness and acidity, lingers dry. Tasty.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bright gold, nice bubbly body. Smells citrusy, wet stone, and some funk, with just a hint of apples. Very dry, and there are some woody notes. I get some lemon, funk, apple. Kind of reminds me of champagne. Very tasty stuff.

4.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Served @ Applepalooza during NYC Cider Week. Gladly settled at their table at the end of the night.
Wine glass. Clear gold body. Active.
Stemy, vanilla-ish scent. Some acid.
Taste is sharp & minerally. Peel & grain-like sweetness. Moderate tartness. Very crabby & acidic.
Bubbly with a touch of body. Awesome parching finish.
Haven’t had a bad one from these guys yet. Best of the bunch.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20
Dry apple nose, hints of barnyard. Crystal clear, sparkling yellow. Fizzy and harsh. Tart and dry apple flavor. Subtle rubber notes. Refreshing, but too dry for me.

1.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
The aroma is sweet and does not lead one on the the tartness in the taste. it does have fruit and a touch of alcohol. The appearance is golden with no head but bubbles from carbonation. The taste is tart and watery. The palate is super thin. Overall not a good drink.

This is a very dry, tart cider. it has a pale yellow color with a very high carbonated taste. the apple are not that potent but it does have its crispness. not quite what I was looking for.

This is a beautifully crafted cider. The diversity of apples used creates a dazzling interplay of sweetness, sourness, and astringency. This is REAL cider with tremendous character. I’m sure countless farms and villages along the east coast made cider of this caliber in centuries past. Thanks to Foggy Ridge the torch is held high and moving forward.
