750ml bottle. Very tart & acidic. Quite dry. Bright and lively carbonation. A little too tart to drink a lot of, but a single glass is excellent

The aroma is sweet and does not lead one on the the tartness in the taste. it does have fruit and a touch of alcohol. The appearance is golden with no head but bubbles from carbonation. The taste is tart and watery. The palate is super thin. Overall not a good drink.

This is a very dry, tart cider. it has a pale yellow color with a very high carbonated taste. the apple are not that potent but it does have its crispness. not quite what I was looking for.

This is a beautifully crafted cider. The diversity of apples used creates a dazzling interplay of sweetness, sourness, and astringency. This is REAL cider with tremendous character. I’m sure countless farms and villages along the east coast made cider of this caliber in centuries past. Thanks to Foggy Ridge the torch is held high and moving forward.

750 mL bottle courtesy of maniac. Thanks! Pours a clear pale yellow color. Aroma of very tart apples. Very, very tart apple taste, like fresh Granny Smith apples. Medium bodied. Quite good.
