Draught Very good off-white head, very slowly disappearing over golden-orange beer. Hop, very fresh, garden herbs, nectarines. Fresh hops returning with citrus, nectarines, green fruit, green grapes. Very light body, bordering on the watery. NIce, light easy-drinking beer.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic Italian Beerfest ’13.
Dorée, col épais blanc crémeux.
Arôme présente ce bouquet rappelant l’écorce de grains de maïs suivi par un houblonné généreux, subtile d’agrumes, citronné. Le malt reste en retrait et ici plus sur un profil cara-pâle.
Palais est légèrement amer, neutre au niveau des houblons pour une amertume moyenne avec qcq notes d’agrumes. Fruité modéré avec un fini grains, cara malt. Solide.

Hazy golden color with generous compact head. The aroma has some fruity hops, apples, but it’s mild. The body is lean, the carbonation is soft; not much flavor, it has light fruitiness from the hop; correct bitterness and dry.

Cloudy golden color with generous compact head. Very nice hop aroma, citrusy, fresh; lemon cream. Dry and lean mouthfeel; light malt flavor, but nice hopping, with the correct bitterness, and a mix of grassy/fruity character, ending with a light lemony touch.
Archetypal American Pale Ale.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2013 Bottiglia da 33 cl. Gran bella apa di produzione italiana. Amaro intenso ma mai eccessivo e molto accattivante. Bevuta anche alla spina... Ancora meglio.... Veramente eccezzionale... Una vera chicca.. Vagonate di luppolo.. Alla spina veramente eccezzionale at Red Bear Pub di Marghera...

Ambrato color with ivory head. Fresh, fruity and grassy aroma. At taste is balanced with light bitter at finish and citrus flavour.

Bottiglia. Color ambrato scarico con una buona schiuma. Al naso ottimi profumi erbacei e agrumati che si ripetono al palato con sentori di malto, inizia con un buon amaro per chiudersi con un leggero ritorno di dolce maltato.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2013 Si presenta con una bella schiuma chiara durevole, l’ aroma e’ quello dei biscotti, del pane, di spezie il corpo e’medio e il gusto va dal dolce, agrumato iniziale ad un fondo leggermente amaro finale, piacevole! una buona Pale Ale!
