Tasted on Tap and Bottle (refermented with Muscovado sugar). A very good exemple of that style: 90% of hops are whole flowers. In two versions: single hopped with an American blend called Falconer’s Flight and with a bavarian bittering hop and 4 Americans. First is perfectly American and very balanced, second most complex and versatile. Good carbonation and head retention, a very long hoppy finish, citrousy and piney and fairy herbal, maybe a little too much. Bottled version is deeper in colour and most complex as well. Body with good caramel and pleasant hints of some torrified wheat or dark weizen malt.

Limpida, ottima schiuma e tanto tanto profumo. Al naso si sente molto la frutta tropicale, il mango e una punta di agrume. In bocca non ha troppo corpo e si beve senza fatica. L’amaro finale non č invadente e lascia una buona bocca.

Bright clear gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is light and crisp, mild minerals. Light malts provide a modicum of sweetness. Nice floralness, underpinned by a smooth orange citrus. Finishes light and mildly crisp. A very smooth and fresh tasting pale ale. Very drinkable.

Great Italian Apa from a small but very well known brewery in the north east of the country. Great aroma of tropical fruits, passion fruit and apricot. Good taste with bitter end.

@beer fest on tap. Very cold and no aroma, no head. Dark gold, cloudy, very pleasent citrus taste, long and hard bitter aftertaste, or astringent even. Didn’t like te bitterness tho I consider myself a hop head. Very nice brew overall. Refreshing.
