ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, orange - citrus. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, hop bitter, citrus - tropical fruit, caramel malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121217]

Una produzione attenta e di alta qualità. Magari tutti i birrifici italiani fossero così. Amaro sempre interessante e birra che non annoia.

Light amber color with white head. Herbal, resin and fresh aroma. At taste is spieced with fresh grassy flavour.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2013 Bella schiuma chiara e densa, aroma fruttato e di gocce di pino mugo, medio il corpo, gusto inzialmente salato, agrumato e appena resinoso e poi amaro... ma il giusto. Una delle migliori IPA che abbia assaggiato di quelle prodotte in Italia.

On tap at Selezione Birra 2012, Rimini. Pours a slightly hazy golden/orange color with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy with tropical fruits and pine needles. Taste is similarly resiny and fruity. A peculiar note in this one: persimmon (and "caco mela" in particular). Good carbonation. Very interesting. Nice fruity and refreshing.

Colore ambrato pieno, con schiuma generosa e aderente. Al naso sinceramente non mi ha fatto impazzire, leggero agrumato. In bocca invece non male, buon erbaceo e secca e amara nel fine corsa.
