Birra Ambrata di Montagna ad Alta Fermentazione, rifermentata in botttiglia con Zucchero "Mascobado" acuistato nei negozi Circuito Equo e Solidale, stile “Mountain Herb Ale”, prodotta con tre diversi malti d’orzo belgi e tedeschi, malti caramello, frumento non maltato, nobili luppoli aromatici provenienti da Slovenia, Boemia, Baviera e Stati Uniti, lievito liquido mono-coltura, acqua e resina di Pino Mugo certificato P.E.F.C., raccolto in maniera sostenibile nei boschi del Parco Naturale delle Dolomiti Friulane e del nostro territorio, il più ricco di Erbe Officinali d’Europa, oltre 3.300.

On tap at Selezione Birra 2012, Rimini. Pours a slightly hazy golden/orange color with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy with tropical fruits and pine needles. Taste is similarly resiny and fruity. A peculiar note in this one: persimmon (and "caco mela" in particular). Good carbonation. Very interesting. Nice fruity and refreshing.

Colore ambrato pieno, con schiuma generosa e aderente. Al naso sinceramente non mi ha fatto impazzire, leggero agrumato. In bocca invece non male, buon erbaceo e secca e amara nel fine corsa.

On tap at Micro’s Pub. I told with brewer, they changed style foir this beer: it’s no more an herb ale but an I.P.A. at all!! 70 IBU with 6 diffrent American hops, mostly whole flowers. Great rocky head, hints of caramel on a good body hiding strong alcohol and a big, rich nose and palate plenty of hops! Very balanced but biting.

Bright amber with a rocky white head. The aroma is strong hoppy, resinous and citric. It has a fruity caramel taste with a powerful lasting bitter note.
