Swing top bottle from Kölschtrinker, thanks! Pale blonde. Soft floral aroma. Malty floral hopbitter flavor, flowing into a soft hopbitter aftertaste. Almost medium bodied. Well balanced.

Getreidig herber, übertrieben wirkender Beginn. Dann bitterer, ehell muffig, trocken. Wenig hopfig. Das Bier hat einen deutlichen Malzcharackter, der aber nicht ganz passt. Nicht mein Fall...6/7/7/7/9/7

(swing top bottle, 33cl, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Mildly bready malty aroma with a tinge of butter and biscuits, rounded up with slightly woody hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Dry and slightly buttery pale malt-character with present woody and delicately herbal hops; dry and moderately bitter hoppy, also quite lasting finish. Pleasant stuff. 18.I.12

Bügelverschlußflasche( Quack-Duck, to je hrdina!):Golden to deep golden, lazy carbonation, persistent foamy layer, "bread and butter" nose, surely caused by Tettnang hops, detectable as "woody hops"; drier bitter flavour, light bodied; lingering dry and leafy-woody ( hoppy) finish. Very good Bier, what a pity that this brewery stopped production…

Bottle looks a bit old, but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts dry and a bit moldy, quite unbalanced. Gets better with every sip. More spicy-dry, finish still a bit moldy. Okay.

bottle from Heini (BTO) - thanks a lot!Clear golden colour, small white head. Hoppy aroma. Solid grainy malty base, lots of good aromatic hops, resiny, slightly grassy with herbal accents. Well crafted beer, a pity the brewery has meanwhile stopped production. Another classic South German village brewery off the map.... how sad....
