3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, tasted 09/01/2013. Pours hazy orange, thin white head, fades to slight haze on the surface, soapy ring of lacing around the glass. Aroma is vanilla, soft grapefruit and lemon citrus, light hay, fruity funk, light must and damp wood. Taste is tart citrus, apricot and peach, mild funk. Medium body, dry. Really pleasant, quite nice, can see this one getting better with time.

Bottle shared by t0rino. Pour is amber with minimal head. Some funk on the nose, not much sour but enjoyable. Wish it had been funkier.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
[Bottle, thanks for sharing t0rin0!] Pours amber with almost no head. Slight funkiness present in both the aroma and taste. Not as sour as expected, but still pleasant. Lots of white peach in the taste. Thin mouthfeel, with a long, leathery, funky finish. Pretty decent beer that I was happy to get a chance to try. Thanks again, t0rin0!

Bottle. Orange pour. A little flat on the carbonation. Nice sour apple, not too sour. Grape, fruity, delicious!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Orange-amber body, medium off white head, spotty lacing. Sour apple, must, funk, must, citrus, quite lactic. Has characteristics of old lambic (reminds me of selection lambic). Medium to light bodied, gentle carbonation, nice acidity. Sour apple presence is the only real detractor.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Brought by Alex to epic Chicago blowout fuck you tasting. Pours a flat orange in color. Nose is a stone fruit, yogurt, and a little asprine. Flavor is sour with some backing sweetness. There is some peach yogurt as well. Light mouthfeel, oily, no carbonation, and moderate mouthfeel. Not an excessive review, but there are too many whales to give this an in-depth review. Good unblended lambic.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @ Grote Dorst. Hazy amber orange with a tiny head. Candied apple nose. Hints of musty sweet brown sugar. A bit of brett and apples. The taste is more acidic apple skin, lemon. Soft dry woody finish. A bit of brett. Fairly straightforward. A touch dry on the palate. Soft carbonation. Overall, pretty good.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
poured an apricot color with small beige head.
nose was cheese, sour grape and lemon peel
taste was lemon peel, yogurt and cheese funk. Not sure if this one needs age or what, but i found it to be pretty unappetizing.
