Light unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, cherry, mint - bubble gum. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, mint, cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120616]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle 70 cl. Pours a deep amber with a slight haze and a tiny off-white head. Nose has a little sweet caramel and an idea of cherries. Rich, sweet body, heavy carbonation. More yeast than cherries really. Sulphurous finish. Not so hot - needs more cherries really. 160612

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber/red - offwhite head. Fruity, wheaty, simple malty, light malty, cherry notes, light bitterness, light sourish citric. Hmmmm.

Bottle, 75cl, at ØlFestival 2012. It’s an unclear, orangey beer topped by a small, beige head. Fruity-sourish nose with cherries, malty sweetness and a faint lemony touch. A bit sweet on the palate, stinging on the tongues, still extremely soft and smooth, with flavors of berries, fruit syrup and a light sourish touch. Well, a bit uncertain what I shall say about this one. It’s decent, but also quite messy. Not a favorite. 120510
