Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a cloudy dark copper amber with a large frothy and well-lacing light tan head. Aroma of lightly sweet toffee with some earthy grainy notes and light fruity esters with a touch of metallic character. Starts with pretty good fullness and sweet toasty caramel notes with some doughy yeasty character and earthy bittering hops.

Bottle. A big, dense, off-white head soon settles over the hazy, brownish body. The aroma feels at first quite berryish and sourish, then a peppery, spiced aroma chimes in. Fruity, acidic and bitter flavor, malty sweet with fruits and caramel. Medium to full body, berry-bitter finish. A quite nice and interesting beer, far from world class, but interesting and fun. 091120

Gusher! Cloudy amber with a big off-white head. Aroma of caramel and fruit with a touch of brett funk. Dry and fruity flavour with a nice bitterness. Ends with a tartness either from fruit or from a mild (and good natured) infection

flavor is hoppy bitter, hoppy flowery, strong hyben aroma, ends fruity bitter.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Aroma of sweetness, spice, herbs and citrus. flavour of pine, herbs, chocolate, cocoa and soap. medium bodied. Dry light bitter end.

Bottle 50 cl. From the brewery. Quite large thick almost beige head that mostly lasted. Cloudy amber color. Aroma of fruit, mild berries like with a hint of bitterness from the rose hips fruity. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light berries like finish with a feel of the malt as well.

50cl bottle. Thanks a lot Charlotte. Fluid exploded out the bottle when opened. Poured dark muddy brown with a frothy white head. Yeasty and sweet malty nose. Rose hip and fruit with notes of hops and a quite bitter ending. Dusty and dry. Medium bodied. Ok
