Bottled. A hazy red beer with a tan head. The aroma has rather strong notes of spices, as well as some notes of yeast and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, rosehips, fruits, and a bit of honey, leading to a very bitter finish - almost too much. A bit too much for me - I would have liked it less bitter and more sweet, but maybe rosehips are difficult to work with. Thanks Christian from Appenæs Bryglaug for this beer.

Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy deep amber with a dense and firm off-white head leaving laces. Aroma of fruit. Medium body, some fruit, extremely dry and astringent with a massive, astringent bitterness. Not so pleasant. 300809

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy dark redish to amber iwth a small and off-white head. Aroma is mild rosehips fruity and vague citrusy. Fruity and mild citrusy flavoured. Dry and mild yeasty. Bitter and slight citric finish.

50cl bottle. Thanks a lot Charlotte. Fluid exploded out the bottle when opened. Poured dark muddy brown with a frothy white head. Yeasty and sweet malty nose. Rose hip and fruit with notes of hops and a quite bitter ending. Dusty and dry. Medium bodied. Ok

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy red/amber - white head. Berries, soapy, bitterness, fruity, hyben (Rose Hip), a bit off, light citrus, light malty, dryness. Not that good.

Bottle. A big, dense, off-white head soon settles over the hazy, brownish body. The aroma feels at first quite berryish and sourish, then a peppery, spiced aroma chimes in. Fruity, acidic and bitter flavor, malty sweet with fruits and caramel. Medium to full body, berry-bitter finish. A quite nice and interesting beer, far from world class, but interesting and fun. 091120

cloudy brown. huge offwhite head. very nice fresh hoppy and slightly spicy hyben aroma. flavor is hoppy bitter, hoppy flowery, strong hyben aroma, ends fruity bitter. alc well hidden.

Gusher! Cloudy amber with a big off-white head. Aroma of caramel and fruit with a touch of brett funk. Dry and fruity flavour with a nice bitterness. Ends with a tartness either from fruit or from a mild (and good natured) infection

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Aroma of sweetness, spice, herbs and citrus. flavour of pine, herbs, chocolate, cocoa and soap. medium bodied. Dry light bitter end.

Bottle. Brown colour witha beige head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, berries. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, berries, acidic, caramel. Medium body. OK beer.
