Bottle at DSG 2011. Pale amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, berries, malt, caramel. Flavour is sweet, fruit, berries. hay, caramel, oak, roasted malt. Nice/OK beer.

Pours a hazy and orange beer with an offwhite head with an orange hue. The aroma is malt, caramel, coriander, notes of brett and notes of fruit. The flavor follows the nose with additional sweetness. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Orange color with a thin vanishing head. Roasted malty aroma and flavour with caramel and spices.

Bottle. An unclear, golden to amber beer with a small, beige head. Lightly sourish caramel nose with a herbal touch. The flavor too is sourish, toffee, herbal notes and a decent bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. A rather poor one, but drinkable, although I can imagine I’ll do that again. 110820

Pours cloudy dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and fruity. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On our way to Kolding Ølmesse. Cloudy brown with a lasting off-white head. Fruity aroma with red berries and a touch of caramel. Sweet yeasty flavour with fruit and red berries. Dusty cellar note (only two months after the Christmas it was made for)
