22 oz bottle from Julios. Rated off the bottom of the bottle. A hazy light orange brew. Little to no head. Citrus-bread aromas. Flavor is also very bready with citrus-yeast overtones. Low hopping. Seems like a mix of a Belgian Wit and a German Hefe. Lingering burnt rubber notes.

Poured from can. Solid saison, good taste, but not a lot going on. Nothing that wows you. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce can from Winooski Beverage Warehouse, 4/8/15. Hazy yellow with a large foamy off-white head. Good retention. Aroma of bready malt, caramel, yeast, spice. The taste is yeast, stone fruits, citrus, spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, lingering fruits and spice.

18 month aged bottle. Lots of pinot noir character. Very full-bodied. Some spice & yeast, but it doesn’t really taste like a saison to me. OK but not what I expected.

Pours a hazy lemon-straw from a can. Classic saison yeastiness and effervescence. Okay beer.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy golden pour. Nose is yeasty and hint of pepper. Tastes of yeast, barnyard, lemon, some florals. Refreshing but not a lot going on but still enjoyable.

Can from Mellow Mushroom. Pours a golden yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are banana, fruit, lemon-lime. The mouthfeel is dry and watery with a slight bitterness and good carbonation. Cheers!

Pours a slightly hazed deep gold into a snifter. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Dusty yeast and hay aromas. Soft with cloying yeast and citrus upfront turning to clove and stale banana bread in the medium length finish.

EBF. Pours a clear copper with a thin and bubbly offwhite hear that leaves some lacing. Nose is of slightly tart fruits and brett funk. Taste is lightly sweet with a tart edge, otherwise it is pretty classic. Body and carbonation were both moderate. Overall a good and enjoyable offering, will be easily forgotten though.

sample @ EBF 2015. medium dark golden pour with a small off-white cap, some retention and lacing. some rustic grains, berry fruitiness, lightly spicy and fruity yeast, hint of sweetness - hint of brown sugar and maple. lively carbonation, light body; relatively dry grassy-spicy finish. orval angles. pretty simplistic seizohhn.

Apricot-orange pour, white head. Aroma is dried fruit, yeast, oats and spice. Flavor is apricot, peach, yeast, honey and spice with a dry finish. Nice start but empty finish, and a little oversweet.
