22 oz bottle from Julios. Rated off the bottom of the bottle. A hazy light orange brew. Little to no head. Citrus-bread aromas. Flavor is also very bready with citrus-yeast overtones. Low hopping. Seems like a mix of a Belgian Wit and a German Hefe. Lingering burnt rubber notes.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear, light gold. Fizzy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, coriander, tart apples. A tad wimpy on flavor to me considering the abv. Some funk, grain, lemon, not bad.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had this while visiting the brewery. Pours a hazy light golden color with a massive white head. Aroma is of yeast, bread, bits of lemon, clove, and some earthiness. The flavor is basically the same. Nicely balanced. Leaves a wheat and clove finish.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From the 12 fl. oz. can. Yellow-orange pour with a modest head. It smells nice with the toasted breaded and Belgian style malts on the nose. an overripe fruit note too. Medium body. The taste is toasted and slightly spicy. Not tart or sour.

Poured from can. Solid saison, good taste, but not a lot going on. Nothing that wows you.

18 month aged bottle. Lots of pinot noir character. Very full-bodied. Some spice & yeast, but it doesn’t really taste like a saison to me. OK but not what I expected.
