3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22 oz. bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a large creamy white head. The nose is resiny citrus hops with slightly toasted bready malts. The flavor shows a decent bitterness coming from resiny, mild citrus hops. Toasted bread with hints of caramel with an earthy finish. A decent straight forward IPA from Foothills.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap at the brew pub.†Pours clear amber with a small off white head leaving lacing. Aroma is medium malty, fruity, piny cat piss and citric, grassy and has some sweetness. Flavor is malty, fruity, acidy, grapefruits, tea and bitter pungent. Finishes bitter fruity and dry. More like an English IPA, very nice one indeed.

Growler from the brewery. Thanks for picking this up Anthony! Iíve had the seeing double many times and expected some good things from this, their regular ipa. Pours clearer than most ipaís I have been drinking with a little white head and okay lacing. Aroma is piney hops though its a little bit subdued. Flavor is similar with floral and citrus hops also apparent and a light, bready, malt backbone. Fine, unoffensive, easy drinking. But I was still left wanting a little more.

Bottle from the brewpub. Thanks to LuckyDog. Vibrant copper color, clear, good label. This came off more as a PA. Dry, not very resinous, a little fruit, earthy. A good solid mouthfeel without being too weighty or clingy.

Amazing hop aroma. Simcoe is obvious in the flavor, but not overbearing and matches in perfect harmony with the other hops. Bitter finish. Very tasty.
