Tasty, but could be better balanced, hop bomb may be strong, but hop bullet is about right

12-pack - $8.99 at Bullock’s Wine & Spirits in Marietta, Georgia.

Appearance: Pours a clear, darkish coppery body with just shy of an inch of whitish foam.

Smell: Spicy, floral and citrusy with an underlying touch of morning-moist pine joins for a tropical aroma atop the toasted, lightly grainy pales malts.

Taste: Atop, citrusy, floral and spicy tastes, with a toasted pale maltiness beneath. As the malts subside, the citric, stern florals remain. Moderately bitter. Drying, acidic finish with some lingering albeit slackening bitterness with touches of pine and grapefruit.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.

Overall: It’s an IPA.

Odd hop taste, didn't care for it. Too earthly. I prefer more citrus and less funky dirt taste. Not a fan. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy orange golden colour with no head and white lacing. Nice aroma of oranges and malt. Orange zest hoppy flavour with a little malt in the background. Not a bad beer.

On tap @ Barley’s - Asheville. Clear orange colored beer with a white head. Pretty nice citrusy hop aroma to this. Plenty of orange and grapefruit. A decent bit of pine as well. There’s a fair amount of floral qualities. A touch malty on the tongue, but good orange, fresh flowers, and pine hop notes. Solid bitterness without being overdone. A hint of tropical fruits on the finish.

Pours a clear golden orange from the bottle with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of big resinous hoppy notes, citrus and pine. Taste follows, huge simcoe and centennial notes with a hint of biscuit malts. A nice American style IPA.

Where: Old Line Fine Wine Spirits & Bistro. How: 12 ounce bottle. Appearance: A copper yellow color with a small white head. Aroma: Strong hops and woody aroma, pretty nice. Taste: A very hoppy brew, nice flavor a little tart with a dry finish. Palate: A light to medium brew with moderate carbonation with a dry finish. Overall: Very good representation of the style.

Yum! My goodness this beer never disappoints! Smells so yummy, lovely amberish color. The taste is fresh, fruity, kind of similar to foothills jade. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
