Draft pint. Hazy straw-gold with a small lasting disc of foam. Nose is dry cereal, light lemon and spicy yeast. Taste is lemony wheat, bubblegum and clove-banana. Light-medium body has medium carbonation and is well balanced.

Originally reviewed: 7/8/08. Had this on tap at Foothills. Nice cloudy deep golden color. Absolutely no head to this at all; just a little rim around the top. Smells very citrusy with a little clove and strong wheat/yeast. Very crisp clean taste. Can definitely find the strong yeast taste, but it mellows out as I drink this. Fairly smooth and balanced. Not a bad brew from the guys at Foothills. Refreshing.

Had on tap. Appearance is a hazy light to medium yellow with a fizzy white head. Smells strongly of clove and bubblegum with a little bit of pineapple. Flavor is clove, banana, and bubblegum. There is a moderate pineapple taste as well which is quite refreshing. One downside would be the mouthfeel is quite watery. Overall is pretty tasty hefe. Just a little more body would make for a perfect summer thirst quencher.

A hazed blonde hefeweizen with a thin white head. In aroma, banana esters with light sulfury notes. In mouth, a light and watery hefeweizen, with light bananas, light cloves, watery bodied. On tap at the brewpub, August 13, 2011.

on tap at the brixx. traditional looking hefe on the sames lines as most a cloudy milky yellow color . the taste of the wheat and possibly some banana undertones and spice. decent enough but there are better our there.

Hazy orange pour with a white head. Loads of lace. Aroma is gum, spice and fruit. Banana bubble gum and clove. Very nice and spot on

Pours the color of pineapple juice from tap with a frothy, effervescent, white head. Not a lot of aroma on the nose. A bit gravelly on the tongue. Not getting a lot of banana or clove. Dry on the finish.

Good beer. A cloudily haze look to the beer taste crisp and fresh.

Draft. Medium white head, cloudy, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, spicy, some orange, cotton candy, light banana. Taste is medium sweet, cotton candy, some orange, light spice, banana. Light body, light creaminess.
