Growler split with daniel and amanda. Yellowish color pour with a white head on it. Smell is fruity and hoppy. Grass, grapefruit, and other flavors in the nose. Taste is easy to drink and very pleasing. Someing i would drink alot...better than hopppyum.

On tap at Foothills in Winston-Salem. Pours a murky orange, little to no head. The menu said floral and citrusy, and it certainly is. The nose is extremely fresh, estery, piney. I also get a lot of grapefruit and fruity sweetness. Taste is similar, with a ton of sweetness at the forefront. A nice hoppy bite finishes it off, with a fading sweet tingle. Little carbonation. A very good beer.

Comes out of the tap an appetizing, slightly hazy golden with a decent off-white head. Strong aroma is very hoppy, more evergreen than woody. Richly hoppy flavor has a firm resiny tone and hints of malt and honey. Firm, lively texture leaves a hoppy and only slightly bitter finish. You won’t be jaded after this one.

on tap @ Universal Joint / Asheville NC --- Clear, medium amber with a full robust head cover, streamers of lace. Taste is caramel malt that is joined early in the palate by sour grapefruit bittering. Hops carry everything to the finish, finally yielding to a little caramel before it all disappears. Really assertive, and really good. Highly recommended.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with white head. Spicy hops, grapefruit, herbal, citrus aromas. Citrus, hoppy, slight peppery, melon flavors. Clean, crisp taste. Moderately bitter, medium bodied. Really great, tasty IPA.

Had this on tap at my favorite bar in Norfolk. Huge dank aroma, grassy and floral with some citrus as well. Pretty dry actually, one of the dryer IPA’s I’ve had in a while. Taste is big and hoppy, and on the first sip there’s a nice pop of hop bitterness. Overall a really good beer from Foothills. They really don’t have a bad beer at all, definitely try this one. Cheers
