GABF 2010. pretty straightforward 0fest. Pours a medium clear amber with a thinning head some lace. Aroma is nutty, earth, moderate caramel, vienna breadiness and some toffee munich malts as well with light grass and hops. Flavor is toast, biscuit, some slight sharp caramel, moderate sweetness, and a clean finish. Nothing too crazy but pretty well made. Slight fruitiness as it warms.

GABF 2006. Bronze body. Small off-white head. Nose is malty and spicy with a nice hop bite to it. Taste is much the same with caramel, sweet maltiness and spicy hops. Rather tasty! Body is medium with mild carbonation. More malts and spicy hops round this out. I need to get to Foothills Brewing!

Clear copper, nice off-white head. Aroma is spicy with some sweet notes - vaguely fruity. Flavor is sweet at first, the a surprisingly crisp ever-so-slightly bitter finish. Nicely quaffable. Sampled at Asheville Brewgrass 2007.
