On tap at the brewery. A sweet caramel toffee aroma. A small fizzy white head with some nice lacing. Pours a clear amber color. The flavor is mostly a floral hop, but has more of the bitterness than actual hop flavor. A little bit of malt, but seems somewhat unbalanced. Medium body leaving a nice manageable bitter on the tongue.

Jun 13, 2008 Excellent pale ale, really hit the spot. Very hoppy, the waiter at the Mellow Mushroom actually told me this was an IPA, but what does he know. Delish.

May 11, 2008 Nice clear amber color. Piney aroma. Strong hop characteristics present in the flavor. Solid APA.
