22oz bottle, unknown date. Served at around 45F.

Pours copper/amber with a one finger off-white head that leaves nice drippy lacing and recedes to a small cap.

Aroma is earthy and floral hops with some citrus, apricot and pine, also good amount of caramel malt. Good to very good strength.

Flavor is resinous hops, some orange citrus, pine, floral hops, big caramel malt, mild to moderate balancing sweetness, very good bitterness on the finish, decent bit of alcohol.

Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, chewy, sticky, good carbonation.

Very hoppy and great bitterness...more caramel malt than I care for though, but still a good Double IPA.

Pours clear copper with a copious creamy white head that slowly fades to a rim and coating. Aroma is caramel, vanilla and fruity orange jam. Taste is jammy citrus up front and a dry bitter finish and aftertaste. Some warming alcohol and caramel malt backing. Very drinkable DIPA with nice sweet/bitter balance. Very good.

Bottle at Ryan and Jodi’s with friends. Pour is clear orange with a big white head and good lacing. Orange, tangerines, biscuit, pineapple, straw, light husk, and peaches in the aroma. Taste is oranges, light vanilla, mango, papaya, grassy, lemons, and dough with a light bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Decent stuff.

From a 22 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear copper with a thick off white head. Fruity hop nose. Flavors of citrus with some caramel notes. Bitter, but not over the top. Pleasant DIPA.

22 oz. bomber. Faint, sweet nose. Poured burnt orange with creamy off white head. Sheets of lace. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, a touch earthy that finished bitter with a burst of grapefruit rinds. Medium bodied, a little chewy but smooth. Definitely not a fresh bottle but this has aged nicely.

22 oz. bottle shared with Ian. Pours a light gold, with a medium, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is caramel, light floral notes, and a lot of melon and citrus notes. Flavor is very sweet up front, but with a significant bitterness through the finish. Light to medium body, acidic, syrupy, and sticky. Overall, this is a very sweet and aromatic IIPA.

Decent double IPA. Floral aromas. A little too malty for my liking. Good citrusy hop flavors.
