Bottle… Clear yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. The grainy bouquet offers both pale malts and honey. Full-bodied and creamy with laid-back carbonation. The flavor is well-balanced and bittersweet. Tannic lupulin and honey malt are predominant. Finishes bittersweet and then dry. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!

On tap at Foothills, Winston-Salem NC in July 2006. Mid gold colour. Decent balance of biscuity malt and tangy Saazy hops. Quite dry - the malt is maybe drier, thinner and less bready than the norm for a Bohemian style pilsner Fairly full bodied. Moderate bitterness. Clean and refreshing. Pretty enjoyable.

Sampled from a growler thanks to boboski on 7/2/06: Pours a clear pale golden with a nicely-lacing thin white head. Has a good, fresh Saaz hoppy aroma with a pale malty sweetness. Body is smooth, lightly toasty and well-hopped. Very authentic, fresh and drinkable. One of the best pilsners I’ve had.
