COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Adam's Apple white table wine is loving crafted from the perfect blend of 6 different apple varieties, all grown in the pristine Similkameen Valley.

This crystal clear wine offers a palate of crisp, clean citrus, a long finish of tangerine and pineapple, and will be enjoyed with veggie dishes, salads, salmon, shellfish, an exotic cheeses. .

At the winery, vintage 2010; 12.5% ABV
Pale off yellow color. Light nose, with some apples, and light hazelnut touch; also some acidity; light but elegant. Smooth silky mouthfeel, with mild apple flavor, moderate residual sweetness, correct acidity.
Nice and balanced.
