Pale gold; simple, grainy-malty palate. Unchallenging. Maibock by the beach.

(draft) White head atop a crystal clear apple juice body. Aroma is meidum sweet, honey, light grassy, cereal, floral. Taste is moderately sweet, grassy, grainy/cereal, honey, some alcohol. Medium body with some stickiness.

Pours golden. Aroma of malt, some hop and citrus. Tastes of malt, some citrus, hops, and a light mouthfeel. OK, but not my favorite from Fordham.

Poured a dark golden color with a small, off white head that quickly diminished leaving no lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruits (apples), caramel malts, and faint hoppiness. Malts become pronounced in the taste, dry and hoppy, with a touch of alcohol in the finish.

bottle at Newtown Brewfest. Chilled on ice, but still was kinda warm when served. Pours a clear light amber with a fluffy white head which fades a bit. Aroma is a bit sugary sweet, almost artificial, caramel and light toasted malts but the intense nutty and bready malts werent there. Herbal hops in the flavor with more sugary sweetness and even apparent alcohol towards the end. This wasnt very good.
