COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rams Head IPA challenges easy drinking, Flavor charged and aggressively hopped, this ale immediately brandishes its horns, asserting dominance with a head butt of aroma.

Pours a hazy, dark yellow color with lots of head and upon closer inspection there are thousands of small particles floating around. The aroma is rather muted with some grain notes. This definitely does not have the hop presence usually found in IPAs. The taste is bitter citrus with a very dry finish. The body is medium. A below average IPA.

Bottled on 12/4/14. Highly enticing aroma of pine and fruit salad; particularly citrus, banana and mild coconut. Slight soapiness. Loose, bubbly head over a golden body with floaters. Immediately dry and bitter, but not overpowering. Medium bodied, obvious high ABV. Light carbonation and long, bitter finish.

Yellow gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma - citrus hops, touch of sherbet, slight earthiness, lemon drops. Taste - slightly metallic, some grapefruit bitterness, lemon peel. Bitterness is well balanced. Not full of malt sweetness like other american IPAís of this abv and has a good mouthfeel and has a good drinkability. More hop aroma and flavour and this would be a decent IPA!

Bottle. Hazy gold with floaties and a lacy white foam. Aromas are oranges and floral pine with aniseed. Pithy grapefruit peel with minerals and base biscuit Flavours are spiced oranges with pithy grapefruit bitterness and resinous citrus rind. Biscuit with spritzy lemony yeast, minerals and a green finish. Average for the style.

12oz bottle, shared with family. Purchased today from Perfect Pour. They didnít like this one quite as much. Hazy orange color. Yeast particles suspended in the body. Thin off-white head. Dots of lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Piney, orange citrus hop taste, not so bad.. Moderate bitter taste. Kind of zesty. Light sweet. Light bit of alcohol heat. Hint of metallic. Pretty decent, stronger, more assertive IPA. Working for me.

Hazed orange amber with a thin off white covering that dissipates edgeward. Nose is bitter hops, orange, caramel malts, straw. Taste comprises caramel malt, orange pith, light grapefruit, toasted malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy hop bitterness in the finish.

I donít understand this low scores! This IPA is just great, poured amber coulor, full of fruits and sweet flavours, quite rich and the bitterness at the end, just perfect. Enjoy folks...
