Rams Head IPA challenges easy drinking, Flavor charged and aggressively hopped, this ale immediately brandishes its horns, asserting dominance with a head butt of aroma.

Pours a murky pale orange with a fairly low carbonation level. Aroma of pine straw and soap. Flavors of pine and a faint pineapple taste lingers. Thin body, hard to call it a imperial IPA in my mind.

The aroma rises exciting up through this IPA dense white durable foam, forming a beautiful aroma picture of pine and citrus on a light caramel malt background. The taste is powerful and strong hops where the flavors of orange peel, pine needles, peach and light caramel is the main theme. Lovely creamy mouthfeel keep the flavor in the mouth for a long time and leaves a dry aftertaste. Pleasant IPA where especially hops with fruity flavor is dominating.

7.5%ABV. American IPA. This was a a little bit of a surprise and when it tapped out that deep, almost red amber gold (6-8ºSRM), I fell in love. The nose was light and had a clean fresh citrus nose. Pronounced carbonation made the whole experience less hefty and a made what would otherwise have been a ponderous ale so very deceptively drinkable. Each sip finished off with a clean light mouthfeel. The palate is robust, boasting a full malty body, hop-balanced with bright citrus where grapefruit peel predominates and then a short slide of bitter into a nice clean palate. Ready to go again... Goes on Favorites List

Pours a hazy yellow with thin but lingering frothy white head. Aroma is floral, pine, slight resin, citrus and sweet malt. Taste is initially sweet then quite strongly bitter, not well balanced but enjoyable enough. Slick mouth feel and lingering finish. Pretty nice
