COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rams Head IPA challenges easy drinking, Flavor charged and aggressively hopped, this ale immediately brandishes its horns, asserting dominance with a head butt of aroma.

Poured a cloudy copper color with a white head. Aroma is resin, floral, citrus, herbs, caramel, and grass. Taste is very bitter grapefruit, citrus, floral, and a long bitter finish. Easy drinking but nothing special.

Bottle, Beers of Europe. Hazy orange pour with a decent off-white head. Piney hops, caramel malts and citrus fruits in the nose. Flavour was similar with some good hop bitterness. Dried out towards the finish. This seems a bit under rated. Very solid IPA.

Fra flaske, 355 ml. Uklar orangegylden med off white skum. Til den søde side. Frugtig, men lidt tilbageholdt på humlen. Ufrisk og fedtet på egen hånd, men bliver bedre sammen med krydret mad. Men ikke nogen stor IPA.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours deep golden with a dense and lacing off-white head leaving quite some lacework. Unfortunately quite some stale floaties - hop residual or flocculated proteins? Greasy and non-fresh hop aroma. Medium body, biscuity, caramellish malts and a bitter but unrefined finish. Not so shit hot - at least not in this state. 190314

Bottle, bought @ YNWA Beershop, Kolding. Pours clear orange with some floaties, fine staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has oranges, fresh peach, light caramel. Medium carbonation, fine dry and fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has caramel, peach, soft bitterness, apricot. Quite short malty fill and fine, lingering bitterness .

Has a part of the Fordham Sampler at the pub in Stevensville, MD. IPA’s are definitely their best work- pretty drinkable. Would have ordered a pint if time allowed. Color, taste and body are a bit light to be a really solid IPA but solid hoppy finish and decent pine and citrus flavors. Leans towards the sweet side with a big malt body but overall decent.

355ml bottle from Utobeer. Floating sediment, despite being left to stand for a few days. Presents some prickly grapefruit, tangy citrus, malts & a fair dose of hops. Quite tasty.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is citrussy and malty with fruity hoppy notes. The flavor is light spicy and citrussy hoppy. Rather sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
