Newtown Brewfest 06. Pours a clear light copper with a thin white head. Aroma is ligth citrus, herbal hops and even some wierd english floral hops in there with some light crystal malt sweetness. Light flaovr of some caramel, floral hops, slightly metallic, and a weak light bitter finish.

Pretty average beer. Starts nice, amber with a thin lacing head. The aroma is a little weak. Mostly hops with a bit of bread. The flavor has the bread with a bit of hops. The finish is a little watery.

A hazy orange amber colored ale with a fading small white head. lots of sediment here with light carbonation. Aroma of light hops and malt, basic. A desent taste with some citrusy hops and caramel malts. A slightly toasted malt taste at the back end. On the palette it’s thin and with some astingency. An okay beer, although i wouldn’t rush out for another one.

Pint glass from bottle. A: medium hoppyness. Slight pine and slight celery. App: dark golden color with 2 finger, pale head with constant lacing. T: quite hoppy, dry, top hopping, slight lemon on the front with pine on the back. P: bubbly with a bite on the front. Lingering aftertaste.

Pretty high and harsh bitterness.

Clear copper body with a small creamy off-white head. Sweet caramel and light floral hop aroma. Dry caramel and floral hop flavor. Medium body with moderate carbonation

Pours mid-amber with fluffy cream head. Dull berries and gingercake on nose. In the mouth the flavours not all that clear, the malt is muddy and the final bitterness is a bit dominant. May have an outof date bottle (no BBE)

12oz bottle, ABV 5.5%, from Westholme Stores, Goring. Poured dark amber with a ring of white head; caramel malt aroma with a touch of fruit; malty body, not too sweet, with some good hops making their presence felt immediately, and leaving a tingling finish. Good stuff.

Clear amber copper colour with small off-white head.
Mild darkish and sweetish hoppy aroma with mild bitterness and some maltiness. Flavour of harsh but subtle hops, mild bitterness with malty body.
