this is an ok Spiced it doesn’t have a lot to it just kind of 2-dimensional its not bad just not something to go and seek out. not much spice.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of caramel malts, citrus hops, and a hint of spice. Huge spice flavor with some caramel malt notes behind it. Spices are too strong and the flavor does not linger much.

Bottle courtesy of artusory. Bright amber with minimal head, nice lacing though. Aroma, not there. Faint sweet malt, cinnamon, fruity esters, all I can get. Flavor much the same. Nothing wrong with the beer, just bland.

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2007 Pours a nice looking amber color with small, fizzy head. Aroma is sweet with definite spice notes as well. Spices dominate the flavor, woth little of the amber ale taste coming through. Sort of sweet as well. Not complex in the least. Palate is too carbonated. Not a terrible beer, but not worth buying again.

I am glad that I only bought one bottle instead of a six. Gross, sweet, overspiced, and boring. What were they thinking.
