Pours like a chardonnay. Grapey white wine aroma. Prickly honey. Perfectly still. Just faintly more gold than water. Viscous. Hints at mint. Lighter in taste of honey than scent. Some yeast. Sulfur (Oakes) very light and dry.

Sweetly alcoholic aroma is a bit winelike. Very pale, not quite clear body. Light vinuous mouthfeel, Flavour is deceptively light as it warms the throat.

Soft sweet flavour, honey with hints of herbal chamomile, light alcohol behind it. Flavour of honey with touch of rye bread, medium light bodied, slight tart (grape). Flowery honey finishes that blends well .Very drinkable.

Very pale, viscous appearance. No carbonation. Honey & white wine aroma. Medium, slightly syrupy feel. Relatively light flavour of honey, white wine & almonds. Not overly complex.
