We took our Saison Bonne, a dry, orange hued ale with notes of juicy fruit, honey and pear, and aged it with wild yeast.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2013 Golden-orange body, moderate cloud-white head, solid lacing. Lemon, bretty-must, wood, straw, semi-sweet honey, and some yeasty-spice. Medium to light bodied, dry toward the finish, succinct, refreshing finish.
