COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA bridges the gap between American and British style beers. While it prominently features American hops, it also displays the balance of a British-style IPA, making for an IPA that will appeal to a wide audience. At 6.5% it is be one of our higher alcohol offerings in the British line-up.

Lightly hazy, golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, toast, and some malty sweetness. Taste of caramel malts, pine, grassy bitterness in the finish.

Firkin draft at brewpub. Pours a nice amber color with a white head. Aroma has some nice lemon aroma mixing with a slight pine smell. Flavor is prickly and bitter, but finishes very mellow, almost milky. I’d put it more with the English iteration of an IPA.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has bright citrus hops, light caramel malt, a bit of earthy tones, too. Medium bodied. Has a nice lingering, bitter finish that smacks of an American IPA. The lightly toasted malt profile shows a bit of British influence but the bright citrus and lightly floral hops are American. Enjoyable. (Cask)
