COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA bridges the gap between American and British style beers. While it prominently features American hops, it also displays the balance of a British-style IPA, making for an IPA that will appeal to a wide audience. At 6.5% it is be one of our higher alcohol offerings in the British line-up.

Golden-yellow body, creamy white head, streaky lacing. Nose is citric with a heavy dose of orange, pale malts, and a dash of resin. Flavor consists of similar flavors, a bit more mellow and less defined than in the nose. Medium bodied. I think this would have benefited tremendously from being on tap, rather than at cellar temp from the hand-pump.

Draft at Forest & Main with Andrew and Hubert Jason Cumberdale. Pours a deep murky brownish orange body with thick off white lacing. Aroma is pine, herbal character, light citrus and big bready malt flavor. Mouthfeel is medium to light with the bready maltiness dominating the palate. Additional backing notes of grass, herbal tea and light pine.

neuromatt (1225) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 6, 2014
On tap at the brewpub, served in a tasting glass. Pours hazy orange-golden with a medium fluffy white head that remains and laces well. The nose has big notes of caramel, biscuit and grain, along with subtle citrus and pine. The flavour is mildly bitter with pine, resin, citrus and a touch of tropical fruit. Notes of pale malts and honey come through as well. The finish is long and moderately bitter with resin and a slight peppery spiciness. On the palate it is medium in body with a smooth, milky texture and average carbonation. Overall a nicely subtle IPA with a soft nose but a surprising lingering bitter finish. 2014-05-02

Draft. Golden pour with white head. Malty English flavors but then a surge of citrus, and grassy herbal hop tones. Aroma hold truer to the English style. Nice hybrid.

Cask flight at the brewpub. Light apricot color with a thin but tight white head. Mango, papaya, and nectarine fragrance. Taste is very hoppy; lots of tropical fruit, Citra "fuel" and a nip of juniper. Creamy in the mouth. Flavorful.
