winner of a small blind saison tasting. This brewery is makin’ gains and gettin swoll. Pours a peach colored pour with low creamy head. Aroma is white wine, dusty funk, citrus and dried apricots. Taste is dry tart tannic and a touch sweet. One of my favorite breweries after having 4 of their saisons and loving all of them.
