Bottle shared by tom10101, thanks Tom! Pours a clear golden with no head and no lacing. Nose is of light cherries, rubber and oak. Taste is light on the cherries as well and moderately tart, offers pits, light cereals, wine and oak. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. Interesting but light on the cherries and barrel flavors, not the best Marius variation for sure.

Bottle (500 ml), shared at tasting. Clear bright pale golden with no head or lacing. Aroma is floral with mild cherries at first (but they do come out after a while), herbal notes, dill, oak and mild funk. Taste is gently tart and floral with some funk, floral notes, tart cherries, herbal notes and oak. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Mouthfeel is quite oaky, borderline vinous. Floral finish. It took a while to open up but when it did it became and pretty nice and complex oak-forward lightly fruity Saison. Pretty good.

Ok.

Bottle courtesy of Hackobock. Pours hazy deep yellow with a very small goldenish white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity and funky with crackers, lemon juice, yoghurt, clotted cream, hay, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sour, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, slightly tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, lemon juice, fleshy cherries and tropical fruit funk. Beautiful and balanced with subtle yet noticeable sweet cherry character. Love it!
