Bottle... Hazy straw-colored pour with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma, although fairly restrained, is yeasty, grainy and a touch funky. Medium to full-bodied and creamy with soft carbonation. The flavor is tart and bready, displaying both stone fruit tannins and acidity. Finishes tangy and dry. Shared with the south Florida crew by Jyoungsbcp!

Tepid gold-amber, no height will produce a lasting head. Gravity fail! Huge diacetyl biscuit nose, creamy with no detectable plum, stinky, slick, offensive. Heavy plum skin nose, juicy fruit through the mid, actually captures some fruit but itís severely overwhelmed by heavy butter, light plastic and lotion, no F&M house character. Thick and slick, diacetyl ruining the body as well. A failure of a bottle by their usually excellent standards.

Pour is dark amber, hazed, with a white foam that disappears immediately. Nose is light plastic, really dirty wheat, buttery biscuit, pitted meaty fruit faintly behind. Huge buttery presence, really bad, faint plastic, meaty, touch of bitterness. Flavors are really dominated by the buttery presence, fruits arenít really there, just off flavors. Body is syrupy and thick, low carb. Bad, just bad.

Hazy orange color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweeter plums, wood, wine, bacteria, and brett. Taste was tart, citrus, wheat, wine, lighter plums, sour finish.

Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Dave. Thanks man! Pour is murky orange with a small head that quickly dissipated. Buttery, fruit skin, lemony, doughy, light biscuit, cinnamon, and basil in the aroma. Taste is cherry skins, white grapes, oak, green apples, butterscotch, biscuit, and strawberry pits with a lightly tart finish. Light body with soft carbonation. Way too many off flavors.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2014 Bottle @ Stephenís house. Thanks Dave! Pours a murky orange appearance with no head. Aroma has some butter with dark grape, apple, and plum. Twangy, slightly tart plum flavor with slick mouth feel. I got a shit load of butter but others at the tasting didnít really get much butter. Hmmm.

Pour out of 375 ml bottle, thanks Dave! Hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of plum, white fruit, hints of grain, biscuit, spice, touch of oak, white fruit. Taste is a mix of white fruit, plum, tart fruit, oak, vanilla, hints of red fruits, slight bready notes, finishing fairly bitter, dry.

Pours unclear hazy dark amber with a smaller off white head. The aroma is an immediate beautiful money shot of plums too your nose, with a bit of tart and not too sweet but a nice fleshy fruit which you also get in the flavor. The body is a well balanced dryness with the plum flavor huge in the first few months that dialed down a bit after month 3 or 4 since I bought it at the release. The tartness settles on the tongue with the dryness, but not puckering, just right.

Amber pour, off white head. Flavor of oak up front then a fruity note, some stone fruit, vanilla, hints of acid dance around...a bit tart, funky and fruity. Nice beer.
