Bottle acquired via trade and split 3 ways. Thanks Ryan (Callmemickey). Pour is golden honey colored with minimal head. Aroma is doughy, cherry pie, light vanilla, bread, yogurt. Taste is moderately tart clean with minimal sweetness. Drying tart oakiness dominates with light cherry pie. Great beer!

Orange pour with a white head. The aroma ha some bread, ginger and lemon notes. The flavor is incredibly complex. I get a lot of cherry, lemon and orange notes as well as some yeast, biscuit malt, pepper and ginger. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle shared by whaleman at Monmouth Park gathering. Poured an unimpressive mostly cealr light gold with a smaller to average sized white head. Aroma was solid and funky, some acidic notes like a wild ale along with apple cider vinegar and cherry. Medium bodied with with average carbonation and a quicker fading aftertaste. Flavor is astringent with notes of apples cider vinegar, hint of lemons, cherry and fruity all around. Didn’t really pick up the saision in this one but a good beer none the less.

Bottle shared by whaleman at the Racetrack Gathering. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft tart funk on the nose, lightly funky, with some touches of acid. Funky and tart, lots of bright acid and cherries. Bright with some soft funk and fuzzy musk into the finish. Great acid and tartness here. Beautiful.
