Pours orange peach bubbly and hazy unclear with a white head. Aroma is fabulous, sweet and light funky yeast, and peach jam combined so well in the nose. Brother John states peach Melba in the nose. Flavors bring white grapes and peach tang that are sweet and sour on the palate ending and lingering really nicely!

Shared bottle from brewpub. Pours hazy orangy copper with off-white head. Nose is tart fruit, mild funk, feety, cheddar cheese. Tastes tart and fruity, with some mid-palate funky and lactic sourness and a complex finish. This one is great.

Thanks for sharing, Vince! Very nice red wine in the nose and leading to the flavor along with a bit of oak, moderate acidity, and a bit of an earthy cherry funk.

draft at the brewery for their one year anniversary. Pours a pale straw color with a lasting head. aroma is typical funk of a sour. taste is really interesting. very strongly oaky and drawn out. slightly puckering. not so much refreshing as is it robust. very good.

lightly lactic tartness, good tannic finish, malt base, slight honey-bread flavors hiding under the tart-vinous character. oak is mild and appropriate. very good beer.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a medium white head...light sediment. Aroma has the yeasty spice and fruit of a tripel but has light white wine notes...mild funk and lemony tart. Flavor has mild tart acidic notes...mild oak and white wine...light yeasty/spice notes...nice tart but still a tripel...works well! Mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is oaky/winey/tart.

Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Dave. Thanks man! Pour is hazy lemon peel with a small white head that quickly dissipated. Lemon zest, urine, light funk, horse blanket, a touch of green apples, and pears in the aroma. Taste is lemon, citrus, light spice, citrus, pears, urine, and white wine vinegar with a high acetic finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Pretty tasty sour and a nice surprise of the tasting.

Bottle @ Stephen’s house thanks to Dave! Gracias! Tangy lactic lemon, vanilla, straw, fairly spicy, delicious barnyard aroma. Somewhat cheesy, lemon, tart fruity, funky, tangy dry vinous, pineapple, tropical fruity flavor. Tasty beer!
