Our wild honey saison Palomino, aged with wild yeast and bacteria. Light in color, finishes very dry, lightly herbal and funky.

Hazy golden with fluffy white head, musty nose. Crisp, sharp sour bite and dry. Horseblanket and earthy flavor. nice authentic beer.

Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, honey, spices, lacto, vanilla, and some toast. Taste of honey, citrus, toffee, vanilla, light spices, and a bit of a tart finish.
